- Electronic billing of claims on a daily basis
- Web submission of claims directly to payors when available

- Collectors report to both the team leader and a Collection Supervisor
- For web-submitted claims directly to payors, immediate claim status checking
- For claims submitted through the clearinghouse, systematic claim status checking
- Collectors document the status of each claim in the patient's account
- Collectors are restricted from the "writeoff" function on the practice management system
- Any "writeoffs" other than above contractual rates are by practice permission only
- Posting of all payments by cash posters
- Automatic appeal of all denials and any reimbursements below contracted rate
- Patient statements are printed to the practice for processing & mailing

- We send out monthly statements to patients at our expense
- We provide a dedicated phone line for the practice, printed on the patient statement
