It is connected to a high speed all Cisco network. The server is a Raid 5, has a redundant power supply and is connected through a line cleaner with an 8 hour battery backup system. Backups of all data are done locally and a nightly backup is done to a Datavault in Miami, Florida which keeps multiple archival copies of the information. All data transfers are encoded with the highest level of security software. The entire process is fully HIPAA compliant. Front Desk Software Our medical management software is installed in our client's offices so that all scheduling and patient information and account history is readily available. We provide all hosting, maintenance, upgrades and backups. Other Services Our servers can host EMR databases. We can provide all server backup and redundancy needs so that your patient data is always safe. Our software developers can create custom software for those practices that can not accommodate to the commercial EMRs available. MMS can manage email for your practice and provide email addresses for all staff and providers.
